The patient came to resolve periodontal, prosthetic and aesthetic problems. After the consultation, the medical team decided that the best solution in this case was an All-on-6 rehabilitation of both the upper and the lower jaw.

-   Surgical stage: dental implants placed in the same session as the bone grafting (Dr. Mihai Dorobanțu).
-   Temporary prosthetic stage: within 24 hours of the surgery, temporary restorations screwed onto the implants (Dr. Mara Oprea).
-   Final prosthetic stage: fixed, screw-retained superstructures on a titanium bar, with ceramic-layered zirconia teeth for the most natural result (Dr. Mara Oprea, Artchrys Laboratory).
