The patient, aged 38, came to have periodontal, orthodontic and aesthetic problems resolved.

-   Periodontal therapy (Dr. Andrei Gobej, Dr. Andreea Răduț).
-   Orthodontic treatment to open the spaces for the dental implants and to align the teeth correctly (Dr. Despina Miciulică).
-   Surgical stage: dental implants placed (Dr. Mihai Dorobanțu).
-   Prosthetic stage: screw-retained crowns on the implants and dental veneers, to restore chewing function and aesthetics (Dr. Mara Oprea, Dr. Td. Aldo Grammatica).
